Fifth Munchalinskie readings held in Drozhanovsky District of Tatarstan

August 20, 2016, in the village of Mochalov (Munchayev) Drozhzhanovsky District of RT within the IX- “Days of the village” (Avyl bayryame) the 5th Interregional Munchalinskie readings (Munchyale ukulary) were held. The event was held on the initiative of the head of a rural settlement Mochalov (Munchayev) I.R. Izmailova and a native of this village I.I. Khlitov with the support of RT Drozhanovsky district administration , Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars of Kazan branch of the WCT, with the assistance of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan and RT Union of writers.

The work of the scientific and public event was attended by prominent scientists of the RT Academy of Sciences of RT, teachers and students of higher educational institutions of Kazan, the Tatar-known writers and artists,

representatives of the media, religious and public figures of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Ulyanovsk region, as well as residents and school students from. Mochalov (Munchayev) and other settlements of the RT Drozhzhanovsky District. Institute of History of after Sh.Mardzhani of the RT AS. At this event head of the Department of History of the Tatar-Bulgarian civilization, Honored worker of science of RT A. A. Burkhanov and researcher at the Center for the study of the history and culture of the Tatars and Kryashens Nagaibaks R.R.Aminov have been presented.

The aim of the 5th Munchalinsky readings ( “5 Munchale ukulary”) – the scientific-practical conference “Tatar-Muslim mahalla: Past, Present and Future” is the preservation of national customs and traditions, the study of the history of RT Muslim associations, conservation and development of Tatar settlements.
