In Mordovia  the most beautiful Tatarochka (Tatar girl) to be chosen

For the first time in the republic there will be a competition “Tatar kyzy Mordovia – 2018”. This is a unique event that will allow Tatar girls living in the region -13 to show their beauty and demonstrate their talents.

The main task of the contest is to popularize the culture, customs and traditions of the Tatar people, to attract the attention of youth to the study of the Tatar language.

“Such events should remind us once again, that  Mordovia is a multinational republic, and each nation contributes its own, distinctive contribution to the formation of the cultural image of our region,” the organizers of the contest said.

Contestants will demonstrate not only beauty and charm, but also unique internal qualities: modesty, devotion, hard work, strength of character, love of folk customs and traditions.

Only 10 girls who passed the preliminary stages of the contest will get the right to speak in the final, which will be held in October 2018. The finalists will have to prove themselves in creative competition, to defile in national dresses, to demonstrate their culinary skills and to show viewers all their talents.

Applications are accepted until September 26.

The main prize of the contest is a trip to the city of Kazan for two, where a rich cultural program awaits the travelers.
