Tatars of Poland are waiting for everyone at Sabantuy

Despite the tragedy, the 12th Sabantuy in Poland this year will be held under the title “Tatars of the World”.

August 4, 2018 in Poland at Krushinany in the Podlaskie Voivodeship the  Sabantuy will be held. Fund of the Tatar Cultural Society and the Asman Foundation invites all representatives of the Tatars living in the territory of the European Union, Russia and Belarus to celebrate the Tatar holiday. The 12th Sabantuy in Poland this year will be held under the title “Tatars of the World”.

The initiator of the revival of Sabantuy is the family of Bogdanovichs, who promote Tatar culture and culinary skills in Poland. Despite the tragedy in their family (on May 1, 2018, a house and a restaurant with a hotel were burned down), the holiday will be held.
