The first draft of the Strategy for the Development of the Tatar People presented.

Today, the first draft of the Strategy for the Development of the Tatar People has been presented at the World Congress of Tatars. The first document defining direction of development of the Tatar people has been developed by scientists from the Shigabutdin Mardzhani History Institute, the Galimdzhan Ibrahimov Institute of Language, Literature and Art, the Tatar Encyclopedia Institute, the Institute after Khalikov of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan and employees of the Kazan Federal University.
The first concept of a strategic document, presented in the form of slides, was shown by Vice – President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dania Zagidullina. The document includes the basic principles: generation – the creation of a single ethnocultural space (until 2020), the adaptation of Tatar life (until 2030), the stable development of the Tatar people (until 2050).
The working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress Vasil Shaikhraziev adopted the primary document with amendments and additions.
It is assumed that the final document will be presented in the Tatar, Russian and English languages and in Latin script. Also, the document will be supplemented by the history of the Tatar people, statistical data and suggestions of government.
We remind l that from January 16 of this year, public hearings of the first draft of the Strategy for the Development of the Tatar People will be held in the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan and in the regions of Russia. The first meeting will be held on the basis of Arsk Pedagogical College.
