Dear Tatarstan people!
I heartily congratulate you on the main national holiday – Republic Day!
A special mood of public life is set by preparations for the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. The path passed by Tatarstan shows that the unity of people in the name of clear and bright goals, their creative work sets conditions for a steady growth of the economy, improving living standards, preserving and enhancing the rich cultural heritage – the most important basis for the spiritual life of society.
Multinational Tatarstan is developing in conditions of socio-political stability. This is convinced by the even nature of the ongoing campaign in the republic for the election of deputies of the State Council of the sixth convocation. There is no doubt that a representative deputy corps will be able to provide legislative support for the further development of the republic.
Being one of the leading constituent entities of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan feels the full support of the country’s leadership. In cooperation with the regions, we are confidently working on implementation of the strategic objectives of the May 2018 Decree of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin.
The high level of WorldSkills, the world championship of working professions that ended a few days ago in Kazan, was demonstrated by huge infrastructure and personnel potential accumulated by the republic. Confidence in Tatarstan from the federal center and international organizations contributes to the further growth of investment attractiveness, the successful implementation of measures to improve the quality of life of Tatarstan people.
The programs implemented by the republic are aimed at ensuring that citizens have modern housing and a comfortable living environment, good medicine and a high-quality education, the opportunity to have children and bring them up, and to have respect and prosperity in their declining years.

The Republic of Tatarstan celebrates its holiday in an atmosphere of creation and confidence in tomorrow. On behalf of the State Council and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, on my own behalf, I express to you my sincere appreciation for a diligent work for the benefit of the native republic and the Russian Federation.
