From November 11 to 15, 2013, at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, a cultural-educational program of Tatar culture is held. The program includes an exhibition of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the People’s Artist of Tatartsan, Vladimir Popov, the showing of a film – winner of the Kazan International Film Festival “Bibinur”.

As part of the cultural-educational program it is assumed holding the 15 – anniversary of the International NGO “Tatar – Bashkir cultural heritage “Chishma”. The official event is scheduled for November 14, 2013.
