April 27, in Surgut city, the concert hall of School of Arts will host a festival-contest “Uyna, garmunnar”.

This is an annual creative competition organized by regional and city cultural autonomy of Tatars. The contest is held in four categories: children under 16 years old, amateur solo performers, professional solo artists, amateur and professional teams. Organizers require all participants to perform in the the Tatar national suits and know the anthem song of the festival “Garmun alyyk ale, duskai”.

Interest of the jury is traditionally attracted by author, original, vintage , rare , “local area “, with humor, with the “idea”, an individual musical treatment with a modern slant, national and the like performances.
