Kazan will host a presentation of the book by Khalil Gainutdinov and Kim Shakirov “Space calling us, zihangiry.”

The book was published with the support of the President R. N. Minnikhanov, it is dedicated to the glorious sons and daughters of Tatars and Tatarstan, having made a worthy contribution to the study and exploration of outer space.

The book provides complete information about the cosmos, from the missile program of Nazi Germany to participation of Tatars and Tatarstaners in prominent space projects of the Soviet Union and Russia.

The event is expected to be attended by7 the first woman cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova.

The presentation will take place on October 28 at the NCC “Kazan.”
