“Strategy is a trial, but we must not give up”

Buinsk was the last point in Tatarstan, where they collected a local asset for public discussion of the draft Strategy of the Tatar people. Shortly before this, the Kazan delegation of the document developers headed by  Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Vasil Shaikhraziev visited the half-republic, having visited Arsk, Bugulma, Nurlat and Naberezhnye Chelny. Activists from nearby municipalities were invited to each of these cities. This created the conditions for the general involvement of residents in the work of the Congress.

So in Buinsk, to get acquainted with the sketch with their own eyes and to listen to him, Shaikhraziev’s explanations came from Apastovsky, Kaybitsky, Laishevsky, Tetyushsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Verkhneuslonsky districts. It is worth noting that the majority were elderly people. Prior to the transition to the essence of the matter, delegates went through a rich program of acquaintance with the host city, as was the case every previous time in the five preceding points.
