On March 31, the Tatar national food network Tyubetey in Surgut pleased the guests with a very interesting and fascinating holiday! Namely – a tournament on eating Tatar national dishes: kystyby and bavyrsak.

?Tournament for eating bavirsak was held among the girls. Courageous girls turned out to be 6 people. It was necessary to eat as many bavyrsaks as possible for a limited amount of time. After the first half there were 3 people left. They managed to cope with  6 pcs. But after the second half, the winner was determined. All participants were awarded consolation prizes, and the winner received a gift: a corporate set of sweets from the café “Tyubetej”.

“Well, and then went on to the most interesting – to the duel among the men! After all, it’s one thing to eat a small bavyrsak, and another – a whole kystyby ! There was already a serious battle going on. Batyrs, claiming the title of “Kystyby batyr” were  12 people! By the way, among them was one girl. In the end, three of the batyrs mastered 3.5 kystyby! Well, for  everything  to be  fair, the halves were weighed  and announced the winner! All three finalists received a delicious national dish – blesh.
