January 19, 2014, in Simferopol, at the Franko library, the memory of perished during the genocide of the Azerbaijani people in Baku in 1990 was honored.

Rafkat Giniyatovich Khaibullin, on behalf of the Association of the Volga Tatars Idel expressed condolences to the Azerbaijan Diaspora.

“I want to remind about the Tatar people survived such events on October 15, 1552, on the day of fall of the Khanate of Kazan” – he said.
