A solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the All-Russia competition of young writers “Ilһam” will be held April 12, 2016, in Kazan. The creative competition is held within the framework of the state program on the conservation, study and development of the state and other languages of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year it was dedicated to the anniversaries of the great poets of the Tatar people – the 130th anniversary of Gabdulla Tukai and the 110th anniversary of Musa Jalil.
The competition was held in three stages – in absentia (February 1), expert (from February 10 to March 11) and the zone (from March 22 to 26). A total of 2877 works have been submitted from the Republic of Tatarstan and 14 from other subjects of the Russian Federation, including in the genre of poetry – 2267, prose – 573 and dramaturgy – 37 works.
The greatest activity was shown by students of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Sabinsky, Arsk, Nizhnekamsk and Aktanysh districts.
Their works presented also the guys from Bashkortostan, the Penza region, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Kirov and Astrakhan region, Perm region.
The panel selected the best works, which entered the internal round of competition (300). Representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the members of the jury went to Tchistopol, Arsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk.
As a result of full-time acquaintance with the participants of the competition and their works winners of the competition have been determined.
Creativity of the participants from the Russian Federation were assessed on the basis of the evaluation of submitted video.
The names of the winners of the All-Russian Competition for Young Writers “Ilһam” will be announced on April 12.
The organizers – the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Tatarstan Union of Writers, Arsk Pedagogical College after G. Tukai. The purpose of the event – the preservation and development of the Tatar language, to attract the interest of students to literature, art, identification of gifted and talented children.
