Today, July 11, the third Valiulla Khasanov readings are being held in the village of Novye Ishli, Drozhzhanovsky district. As part of the readings, a large-scale scientific and practical conference titled “Gaile — altyn bishek” is taking place. The event is organized within the framework of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia in the Russian Federation and the Year of Military Glory and Labor Feat in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event is organized by Rimma Safiullova, general director of the agricultural firm “Kolos” and the farm “Safiullova R. G.,” head of the local branch of the World Congress of Tatars and the public organizations “Ak Kalpak” and “Tatar Family.” She is the granddaughter of Valiulla hazrat Khasanov.
From eight o’clock in the morning, guests began arriving in the village from various districts of the republic, as well as from the neighboring Ulyanovsk and Samara regions and Chuvashia. They were warmly welcomed with a morning tea table.
The program began with Ilyas hazrat Ziganshin’s address to the spiritual heritage. At nine o’clock, the delegates visited the village cemetery. After that, all participants tasted water from the famous spring “Valiulla chishmase.”
At eleven o’clock, the main working session began. The session is attended by the qadi of the Republic of Tatarstan, Jalil hazrat Fazliev; head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Danis Shakirov; executive director of the Foundation for the Support of Cultural Development under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nuriya Khashimova; deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kamil Nugaev; head of the Drozhzhanovsky district, Marat Gafarov; adviser to the Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars and head of the regional public organization “Women of Tatarstan,” Zilya Valeeva; professor Indus Tagirov; people’s artist of Tatarstan, Mingol Galiev; playwright Danil Salikh; as well as scholars, religious figures, writers, artists, and public figures.
From the podium, reports are being delivered on the preservation of traditional family values. Among the speakers are the mufti of Tatarstan, Kamil hazrat Samigullin; Danis Shakirov; Insaf hazrat Zalyaletdin; poet Lyabib Leron; head of the Union of Muslim Women of Tatarstan, Nailya hanum Ziganshina; and others.
After the midday prayer, a meeting will take place at the ancestral estate of Valiulla Khasanov. Representatives of the older generation will share their memories.
In the evening, a large celebration will unfold in the center of the village of Novye Ishli. Professional artists will perform on stage, and national games will be organized. Guests will be able to sample dishes of national cuisine.
