March 21, 2014 Eskisehir - Cultural Capital of the Turkic world in 2013 on a magnificent ceremony gave the honorary title to the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan city.

April 2, on the stage of UNESCO a concert of Tatarstan State Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Alexander Sladkovsky will be given. Together with the orchestra a well-known pianist Denis Matsuev and children from Foundation “New Names” will perform. Tatars, living in France, urging each other to come to the concert with red roses.
