March 17, in the city of Kazan, in the concert hall of the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan, a celebratory concert took place of pupils of the Republican Specialized Academic Lyceum after R.Glier and Tashkent College of Culture as part of the International competition of folk music of countries of Eurasia "Living Spring - 2016", dedicated to the Nowruz holiday.
