The season of summer projects aimed at supporting and promotion the Tatar language and culture starts in the capital of Tatarstan.

Since 2001, Federal Sabantuy has been held in one region of Russia together with Tatarstan. In 2025, the relay of the holiday will pass to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
