The concert was organized as part of the "Days of Tatar Culture" project by the World Congress of the Tatars, implemented in various regions of Russia and abroad.

During his visit, an event will be held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars in the Udmurt Republic.
