In Tatarstan, the dictation will begin on 14 November at 10:00, with the main venue at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed organizational matters, discussed the event program, the composition of guests and foreign delegations, and planned excursion routes in Kazan and Bolgar, among other details.

The program will begin in Kazan with participant registration and visits to the key spiritual landmarks of the capital of Tatarstan.

Each year the number of participants grows: thousands of people assess their level of Tatar language proficiency both at in-person venues and online.

Offline venues will be organized across regions of Russia, districts of Tatarstan, as well as abroad. An electronic form will be available for online participants.

On 12–13 November, the Russian Islamic Institute will host a unique event for Islamic education in Russia — the 18th International Olympiad for students of Islamic educational institutions in Islamic disciplines and the Arabic language.

After the talks, Vadim Zaichikov conducted a tour of the Russian House, acquainting the guests with the center’s activities, its resources, and ongoing programs.

The anniversary celebration marking the 25th anniversary of the Tatar Cultural Center “Dulqyn” (Wave) will take place on November 22 at the House of the Peoples of the Altai Territory.

The festival is organized by the Sergey Bezrukov Foundation for Support and Development of Sociocultural Projects and the Moscow Regional Theatre.

The presentation of this collection will take place during the International Conference on Socio-Natural History at the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow on November 11, 2025.
