Tatars living in Italy demonstrate their unique culture through the preparation of national dishes. They organized a Tatar party, where they treated the guests to Tatar dishes. The guys cooked a pie (tat. “balesh”) and soup (tat. “ash”).
Balesh is a pie with meat, potatoes and onions. The delicious dish was prepared with special attention to detail. Ash is a soup made from various types of meat, vegetables and spices. There was also a national Tatar pastry – chak-chak.
