On October 31, Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, will travel to the Chelyabinsk region.

In the village of Ust-Bagaryak, Kunashaksky district, the unveiling of the bust of Hero of the Soviet Union and Tatar poet M. Dzhalil will take place. The Chairman of the National Council will also visit Ust-Bagaryak Secondary School and the Cathedral Mosque of the Kunashak district.
