On January 28, a concert featuring performers from the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the city of Tver, with the participation of a cultural performance group from the Tatar Autonomy of the Tver Region. The event was held at the Panorama Cinema and Concert Hall.

Vasil Shaykhraziev, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. This was followed by a ceremony honoring activists who made significant contributions to the development of Tatar culture in the Tver Region.

After the official part, the audience enjoyed a vibrant concert program featuring performances by Syumbel Bilalova and Almaz Khasanov, artists from the Republic of Tatarstan.
