On January 20, as part of his trip to the Tyumen region, Vasyl Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, visited School No. 15 in Tobolsk.

Today, the school stands as a thriving educational institution with well-equipped facilities, established educational and cultural traditions, a professional teaching staff, and skilled leadership. The school focuses on ethnocultural education and upbringing, with Tatar language classes introduced as part of its national education program.

The school also hosts the Museum of the Irtysh River. Its oldest exhibit is a 1914 navigation map, now more than 110 years old. Visitors can also explore numerous historical photographs, a ship’s telephone, a river buoy lantern, a ship’s compass, and a depth gauge.
