Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, is on a working visit to Moscow. During his visit, he attended an iftar organized by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia.
Before the event, Vasil Shaykhraziev met with the Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia and the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin. During their discussion, they addressed important matters concerning the role of muftiates in serving the nation.
The agenda also included preparations for the upcoming “Izge Bolgar Zhyeny” (the Sacred Bulgar Gathering, an important religious and historical event for Russian Muslims). Additionally, they discussed the organization of Hajj for Muslims, particularly for those on active military duty. This important initiative is intended to support those who faithfully serve their country.
After the business meetings, Vasil Shaykhraziev participated in the iftar, which brought together numerous guests, including representatives of various religious and cultural organizations. The event became a symbol of unity and solidarity among Muslims in Russia during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
