The Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and the Republic Agency for Press and Mass Communications “Tatmedia” hold-Russia competition of journalists and media “Tatar Rukhy hyam kalyam” (“Tatar spirit and pen”).
We invite everyone to participate in this competition. Until December 15, 2013, everyone must pass an application and contest materials to the organizing committee.
