The participants were welcomed by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

At the conclusion of the plenary session, state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan and Letters of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented.

During the meeting, a decision was made to hold the National Assembly (Millät Cıyını) in 2025 under the slogan “Tatarstan – My Spiritual Homeland.”

On April 28–29, 2025, the city of Penza successfully hosted the 15th Interregional Scientific and Practical Conference for students participating in the local history movement titled “I Love You, My Native Land! ”.

Its goal is to strengthen national consciousness and spiritual culture among the Tatar people, fostering a deeper connection between religious life and national identity.
