The restoration of the mosque and the creation of the museum were made possible through the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This project is being undertaken on the directive of Omsk region governor, in collaboration with the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and with the support of the World Congress of the Tatars.

One of the project's key elements is a video art piece dedicated to Marsel Salimzhanov, director of the Kamala Theatre.

Balayeva also noted that, in turn, a monument to Tatar poet Musa Dzhalil was erected in Kunanbayev's birthplace.

At the end of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Duslyk (Friendship) Order to Serdar Berdimuhamedow.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the main areas of cooperation.

This year, the event is timed to coincide with the Year of the Family, and the main theme is the Tatar family.

The President Kyrgyzstan will attend events in the BRICS Plus format.
