On February 23, the Day of National Culture of Tatarstan was held in   the  city ofKaluga. At the entrance to the Regional Youth Center, Kaluga citizens were treated to national dishes. Everyone could taste  chak-chak, belesh, kystyby, echpochmak and other dishes.

On February 28, an Interregional workshop on tambour embroidery for workers of the Palace of Culture and teachers working with the Tatar population was held at the Republican Center of Tatar Culture.

Today, as part of a working visit to the Krasnodar Krai, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatars Congress, Vasil Shaykhraziev visited the cultural and ethnographic center «My Russia».

On February 27, the “East Kazakhstan Regional Tatar Community Center”, led by Kamiliya Ismailova, held a traditional culinary contest “Tatar Halyk Ashlary Bik Tamle hyam Faydaly”, dedicated to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan and the 30th anniversary of the Tatar Center

On the airf the radio "Azan" a new program in the Tatar language "40 Khadises" has been  launched.

From April 16 to April 18, 2020, the International Children and Youth and Adult Festival-Competition of Tatar Culture "Miras" will be held in Samara, dedicated to the Year of memory and glory in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory of our people in the Great Patriotic War and the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council Vasil Shaykhraziev makes a working visit to the village of Tatarskaya Kargala, Orenburg Region. Here he will meet with  head of the Tatar - Kargaly village council Talgat Khasanov.

Today, within the framework of a working trip to the Orenburg region,  Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the WCT, Vasil Shaykhraziev took part in a relay race of the ceremony marking the flag of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the TASSR. Heads of Tatar public organizations of the Volga Federal District attached patches of miniatures of flags of their subjects

The starting point of today's events in the framework of the visit to the Orenburg region of the delegation of Tatarstan, headed by  Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev became a monument to Musa Jalil.

In the Year of Remembrance and Glory, the schools of the Pestrechinsky district will be given the names of outstanding compatriots who distinguished themselves during the years of World War II. This was announced at a meeting of  the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan  by  Head of the region, Ilham Kashapov.
