October 30-31, The city Palace of Culture of Semei (Kazakhstan) will host the XVII International festival of Tatar art "Kezge monnary Irtysh".

October 21 to 22, in Krasnoyarsk, Tatar Regional National Cultural Autonomy "YAR" has organized and held the two days seminar, which was attended by directors and staff of rural cultural institutions located in Tatar villages of the region, as well as heads of creative amateur urban Tatar communities.

In Tyumen, a recital of Valima Tashkalovwas held. Specialist on cultural studies, chief of the department for culture and public relations of the Congress of the Tyumen region of Tatars, the author of books and teaching aids, head of the Tyumen regional festival of Tatar Folklore "Tugyaryak uyen" for more than 40 years dedicated herself to work in the culture, and 25 years gave for revival of the national-cultural movement in the Tyumen region.

October 17, the Organ hall of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan in Tashkent, hosted a concert of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan F.Khaldarova dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the outstanding Tatar composer, founder of the Tatar romance R.Yakhin.

On September 30, the House-museum of Hasan Tufan in the Aksubayevsky District of Tatarstan featured an event "Korban ashy" dedicated to Hasan Tufan.

In Tatarstan, the work has been completed on a printed translation of the Tatar language of the new about a magician Harry Potter on the book by J.K. Rowling.
