The delegation included over ten representatives of the Tatar community from countries such as Australia, Peru, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Tajikistan.

Vasil Shaykhraziev addressed the participants, extending a warm welcome and providing an overview of the World Congress of the Tatars, including its history, activities, and current projects.

The Siberian Mission of the Crimean Historical Museum-Reserve (established in October 2017) is transformed into the Siberian Historical and Cultural Center with the right to obtain the status of a legal entity and accommodation in Tyumen and Tobolsk.

In the Great Reading Room of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan  a book exhibition has  opened from the funds of the Department of Manuscripts and Rare Books "The First Tatar Professor", dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Tatar historian, writer and critic Gaziz Gubaidullin ( 1887-1937).

Оn April 28, the RT State Council held a press conference on implementing the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Languages ​​of the Republic of Tatarstan and other languages ​​in the Republic of Tatarstan.
