Participants in the competition are professionally practicing sculptors who are citizens of the Russian Federation and reside on its territory.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Tatar community of the capital, cultural figures, and activists of national-cultural organizations.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with the activities of the local organization and to prepare for the XIII All-Russian Congress of Entrepreneurs from Tatar Villages.

The meeting is expected to summarize the activities of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars for 2025 and outline work plans and tasks for 2026.

A delegation headed by Danis Shakirov will take part in the third Festival of National Unity.
