During the visit, he is scheduled to familiarize himself with the activities of the Islamic Cultural and Educational Center and to meet with representatives of the Tatar and Islamic communities as part of a roundtable on “Tasks and Prospects for the Development of the Islamic Cultural and Educational Center.”
The minister also noted that this year is rich in cultural and artistic anniversaries, and today’s event serves as a vivid confirmation that the work of artists, their names, and their legacy are rightly valued by both the state and society.
A total of 147 students from 18 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan successfully passed all selection stages, which included a test on the history of Russia and Tatarstan, as well as writing an essay titled “My History.”
During the visit, Vasil Shaykhraziyev familiarized himself with the educational process, learning conditions, and the school’s activities aimed at introducing children to their native language and culture.
A key item on the agenda was reviewing the activities of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars for 2025 and discussing plans for 2026.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of interregional cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Samara Region.
Danis Fanisovich Shakirov presented commemorative gifts to the winners and prize recipients of the Tatar language Olympiad on behalf of the World Congress of the Tatars.
