May 13, 2017, the village Shapshi of the Vysokogorsky district will feature a final stage of the Republican festival of Tatar folklore "Iske Kazan tuguruk ueny", in which 52 folklore groups and soloists from 21 regions of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part. In total - about 400 people.
