Tatarstan President emphasized that the Tatars and the Turkmens are fraternal peoples.

The main goal of the project is to promote the Tatar song, the national song traditions of the Tatar people, and to identify talented performers.

The Bureau was established on November 21, 2022 at a meeting of the National Council during the XV Forum “Business Partners of Tatarstan” in Kazan.

Our compatriot living in Turkey, a scientist at the university in Kars, Chulpan Zarif-Cetin, translated the works of the writer Galimjan Ibragimov into Turkish and published them in the form of a collection.

According to Professor E.R. Tagirov, local history has become the most important area of humanities and  a fundamental part of national identity
