Azerbaijan’s intention to join BRICS was announced in July this year.

Participants will have the opportunity not only to learn about traditions but also to experience them firsthand and immerse themselves in the world of folk art.

During the program, the children were introduced to Tatar games, attire, holidays, and traditions.

Egypt became a full member of BRICS earlier this year.

China is a key member of BRICS.

Last year, the Republic of South Africa chaired BRICS.

India has been a member of the BRICS since its foundation.

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia officially joined the BRICS on 1 January 2024.

The exposition also presents tamgas (seals) of Tatar religious educators of the XIX century and postcards with greetings in honour of Muslim religious holidays.

Upon successful completion of the courses, each graduate will receive a certificate verifying their level of proficiency in the Tatar language.
