The event brought together spiritual leaders of mosques, including the main akhund, chairman of the Regional Spiritual Board of Muslims of the Ulyanovsk region in the composition of the Central Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia Ildar Safiullin, Mufti of the region Savbyan Suleymanov.
