12 girls claim to be the most ideal Tatar of Mordovia

For the first time in the republic  a competition “Tatar kyzy of Mordovia – 2018″will take place. According to its organizers, the event will allow Tatar girls living in a region  – 13 to reveal and demonstrate their talents to everyone.

The main objective of the competition is, of course, to popularize the culture, customs and traditions of the Tatar people, to attract the attention of young people to the study of the Tatar language.

The competition will demonstrate not only the beauty and charm of Tatar girls, but also their unique inner qualities: modesty, loyalty, hard work, strength of character, love for folk customs and traditions.

12    have girls entered the final of the competition. They will have to prove themselves in a creative contest, defile in national costumes, demonstrate their culinary skills and show the audience all their talents.

It is planned that the final competition will be held in October 2018. The prize for the winner will be a trip to Kazan for  the two.
