1,2 thousand teachers of the Tatar language   have passed  retainer courses

The largest number of teachers of the Tatar language and literature, about 33 percent, chose the Russian language for retraining. This was announced by Rosa Shayakhmetova, head of the department for the development of additional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, in an interview with IA “Tatar-inform”.

“About 33 percent of teachers chose the direction “Russian language and literature “, more than 27 percent -“Primary school teachers “, 10 percent -” Pre-school education “and about 30 percent – other directions,” the source said.

Teachers were divided into retraining in such areas as Russian language and literature (395 people), primary school teachers (327), speech therapy (36), pre-school education (119), history and social studies (78), geography (43) and other specialties (defectology, technology, IZO, biology, chemistry, mathematics, OBZH and other subjects – 230 people).

Refresher courses have passed and  received diplomas 1,2 thousand teachers of the Tatar language and literature, 28 teachers refused to study.
