On September 14-15, the final stage of the European rally-cross-country championship was held in Latvia. Throughout the championship, thanks to a stable result at each stage, Kazan Aidar Nuriev finished the season by a wide margin. At the first two stages in Spain and Belgium he had unconditional leadership, at the third stage in Sweden – “silver”, in Germany – fourth place. In France, Nuriev scored another victory, but at the final stage in Riga he stopped a step away from the finals and, having scored the right amount of points, won the title.

Last year the Kazan racer made his debut in the European rally-cross-country championship and finished it in second place.
