On 28 November, the Festival hosted a concert in Yoshkar-Ola. The concert featured vibrant performances by the Tatar dance ensemble “Bulgar”. The event coincided with the Year of the Family and was supported by the Federal Agency for Nationalities.

The concert took place at school number 32, and the audience was treated to an array of diverse cultures and performances by the Mari, Tatar, Chuvash, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Turkmen, Russian, Jewish, Avar and Tajik communities.
