The Republic of Tatarstan’s theatrical community mourns the irreparable loss of Rinat Arifzyanovich Tazetdinov. A People’s Artist of both Russia and Tatarstan, he was a recipient of State Prizes from both countries, as well as the prestigious National Theatre Award “Golden Mask.” He passed away at the age of 86.
The staff of the Tatar State Academic Theatre named after G. Kamal extends deepest condolences to Mr. Tazetdinov’s family, friends, and colleagues. We share in the profound pain and sorrow brought by this irreplaceable loss.
A civil funeral service will be held on October 18th at 10:00 AM in the foyer of the Tatar State Academic Theatre named after G. Kamala.
