Acceptance of applications for the International Festival-Competition of Bashkir and Tatar song “IDEL” extended until 31 October.

The International Festival-Competition of Bashkir and Tatar song “IDEL”, established in 2011 during “The Year of strengthening interethnic harmony”, is held annually with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Press and Media Agency of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Administration of the City of Ufa. In 2014, the Festival transitioned to a non-profit foundation.

The XIII International Festival-Competition “IDEL” will be held on November 22, 2024. The III Tour Gala Concert and Award Ceremony for the winners will take place the following day in GKZ “Bashkortostan”, Ufa.

The deadline for application submissions has been extended to October 31, 2024.
