On October 19, 2025, the Bugulma Muhtasibate will host the All-Russian Festival of Munajats “Milli Mong”. The event is organized within the framework of the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland and the Year of Heroes (“Kaharmanlar Yılı”), initiated by the Muftiate of Tatarstan, as well as the celebration of the 1500th anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, marked this year 1447 according to the Hijri calendar.
The festival is organized by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan (SAM RT), the Bugulma Muhtasibate, and the Tatar Cultural Center of Bugulma.
The purpose of the festival is to promote Tatar-Muslim traditions, preserve and develop the Tatar language and national cultural heritage, and strengthen ties of friendship among residents of different regions of Russia.
Participation is open to individuals aged 7 and above. Performers will compete in two categories: solo performance and ensembles. The jury will evaluate artistic mastery, emotional expression, clear diction, clarity of sound, purity of intonation, and more. Winners and laureates will receive diplomas and valuable prizes, while each participant will be awarded a certificate of participation.
The festival will take place on October 19, 2025, at 09:00 at the Tatar Cultural Center, Bugulma, 3 Gasheka St.
