In 2025, the 125th anniversary of the birth of Khasan Tufan, a beloved poet and classic of Tatar literature, will be celebrated. To honor this remarkable figure, the library’s reading hall has organized an extensive book and informational exhibition. The first section of the exhibition features collections of his poetry.

“Khasan Tufan’s literary work is filled with love for his homeland, kindness, humanity, and the purest emotions,” say the library staff. “This, despite the tragedies, trials, and suffering he faced in life. Tufan remains deeply cherished in the hearts of Aksubayevo’s residents.”

The second section showcases books and albums about the poet, as well as thematic folders containing poems and recollections by other poets, locals, and library patrons about their friend and ally, Tufan. These materials are rich in detail and offer valuable insights into the poet’s extraordinary character.

The exhibition will remain open until the end of 2025 and is accessible to everyone. Literature enthusiasts will have the chance to explore the rich creative legacy of Khasan Tufan and uncover new aspects of his life and poetic journey.
