The traditional children’s drawing contest dedicated to the holy month of Ramadan has officially started in Zainsk. Organized by the Zainsk Muhtasibat, the competition invites young artists up to the age of 14 to showcase their creativity.
The contest aims to spark children’s interest in religious values and Islamic traditions. Participants are encouraged to create drawings reflecting various aspects of Ramadan, such as spirituality, kindness, family, fasting, prayer, and other themes related to the sacred month.
Entries will be accepted until March 21 at the T. Yalchygol Central City Mosque. The organizers emphasize that the contest is not only about discovering young artistic talent but also about strengthening children’s connection to their cultural and religious heritage.
Winners will be selected in three categories, and the creators of the best artworks will receive commemorative prizes and certificates. Over the years, the event has become a cherished tradition in Zainsk, bringing families together and fostering the spiritual growth of the younger generation.
This contest is a wonderful opportunity for children to express their artistic talents while gaining a deeper understanding of Ramadan’s significance in the lives of Muslims. Organizers encourage parents to support their children and help them create unique and meaningful artworks.
The Zainsk drawing contest is more than just a celebration of creativity – it is a heartfelt reminder of the values of kindness, peace, and spiritual growth.
