Dear pupils and teachers, dear parents!
On behalf of the National Council of the World Tatars Congress and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on September 1 – the Day of Knowledge. This is a great celebration for first-graders, who will ring the first bell, and for parents sending their children to a new fascinating world of knowledge, and for pupils who returned to school with renewed vigor, and for teachers who are looking forward to the start of a new school year.
Tatar wisdom says: “Seek happiness not on the road, but in knowledge.” From time immemorial the Tatars paid special attention to education and sought to enrich it. Dear friends! I wish you all good health and prosperity. Let this academic year bring many new discoveries and be filled only with positive results.
Respectfully,
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan,
Chairman of the National Council
World Congress of Tatars V.G. Shaykhraziev
