Danis Shakirov, First Deputy Chairman of the National Council, Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars, arrived in Kemerovo on a working trip today.

He visited Kemerovo Cathedral Mosque, got acquainted with its activities. Preparations for the XXIII Federal Sabantuy and the III International Miner’s Sabantuy, which will be held in Kemerovo region from June 30 to June 1, were discussed here with representatives of local authorities.

Also, Danis Shakirov, together with the First Deputy Governor of Kemerovo region, Ilya Seredyuk and Mufti of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Kemerovo region Tagir Bikchantayev inspected the XXIII Federal Sabantuy site.
