In the city of Yakutsk, a ceremony was held to lay flowers at the bust of Hero of the Soviet Union and poet Musa Jalil. The event was attended by a delegation from the World Congress of the Tatars, led by the Head of the Executive Committee of the WCT and Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Danis Shakirov. The delegation included representatives from the Nizhnekamsk district.

It is worth recalling that the solemn opening of the monument took place on October 31, 2023. A delegation from Tatarstan, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziev, took part in the event.

The sculptor of the work is Venera Abdullina — a noblewoman, member of the Tatar Nobility Assembly of St. Petersburg, member of the St. Petersburg branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, associate professor at the Department of Computer Graphics and Design of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television, and an honored artist of the Republic of Tatarstan.
