Today, the Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, Danis Shakirov, met with the Deputy Minister of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information, Said-Magomed Bashirov.

The meeting was also attended by Nuria Hashimova, Head of the Cultural Development Support Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artur Sabirov, Director of the Republican Public Foundation of the World Congress of Tatars, Ravil Nogumanov, Vice-President of the Koresh International Federation, Surkho Munaev, Director of the Department of National Policy and Foreign Relations of the Chechen Republic, and others.

The topic of the meeting was the organization of the national Sabantuy holiday in the Chechen Republic. It should be recalled that the issue of its organization was raised by local Tatars this year during the visit to the Chechen Republic of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev.
