Today the head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars Danis Shakirov took part in the meeting of the national education section of the August meeting of teachers of Tatarstan. The meeting was held in gymnasium No. 183 of the Soviet district of Kazan for curators responsible for national education in the regions of the Russian Federation, heads of national schools, teachers of the Tatar language. The event was also attended by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin.

The session was devoted to the topic “Methodological aspects of teaching native languages in the context of the implementation of updated federal state educational standards”.

“We are all on guard of the nation, we are responsible for its development. The views of our compatriots living outside the republic are directed to Tatarstan. Undoubtedly, we support national schools, provide methodological assistance, donate textbooks,” said Danis Shakirov.

He also mentioned the legal protection of teachers and the training of specialists in national universities.

Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin thanked the teachers for their work, emphasizing the importance of the development of the Tatar language and literature.

As part of the events, performances and master classes on teaching native languages were held.
