Today, the Bulgarian land welcomes guests from all over the world: about one and a half thousand delegates from 77 regions of Russia and 35 foreign countries arrived here as part of the program of the second day of the VIII Congress of the World Congress of Tatars.
The highlight of today’s trip was a flash mob organized by the congress delegates: they lined up in the word “Tatarlar”. The flashmob was held under the Tatar dance with dance elements.
